Our Vision

To assist for our consumers to live clean, sober, mentally stable and healthy lives in their own residence. We are committed to and affirm our dedication to assisting, motivating, empowering, and serving the needs of our consumers, with services that address the immediate needs of those seeking recovery from drugs, alcohol abuse, and mental health disabilities.

As we move forward in securing additional self-sustaining multifamily and SRO units to house men, women and women with children who are seeking support from a life of addiction, poverty and homelessness. We are confident that by addressing the basic needs of food, structure housing, and clothing, combined with supportive wrap around services, we can improve the quality of life all that choose for their quest to start here with us.

Current Expansion Project
“Rock Street Revitalization Project”
At Vine City

Phase I consists of a supportive housing 20-unit apartment community situated at 881- 891 Rock Street which was totally renovated in December 2008 with funding provided by Atlanta Development Authority (ADA), Vine City Trust Fund and conventional financing for a total of 1.4 million (predevelopment, acquisition and construction).

Phase II plans are for a Leasing/Resource Center located at 878 Rock Street Atlanta. Quest has site control and completed predevelopment. We are currently under construction and set to open December, 2009.  Project cost amount $387k new construction and operational cost 200k.

Phase III plans are for acquisition and total renovation of a 12 unit garden style apartment building and adjacent vacant lot for additional dedicated green space and a small seating park targeted for mixed income households. 

Phase VI plans are to acquire 5 abandon and blight single family houses located on Rock St. and rebuild 5 newly built affordable homes for women & children and families. 

Final Phase V plans are for 2 commercial retail buildings located at the corner of Joseph Lowery Blvd. and Rock St.  Quest proposes collaboration with our commercial neighbors Browns Barber College and GA teachers Credit Union. Quest is soliciting long term commercial leases with business that will benefit the Vine city community.  Quest will house and operate its Workforce Development Center out of the Retail Space.  Companies showing interest are Tax First, I Research, PhD, and Coin Laundry.
