OUR PROGRAMS
Provide quality housing and supportive services to the special needs population of homeless and/or chronically homeless adults with substance abuse and mental health concerns.
The Leonard House (TLH)
Emergency:
A 90 day housing and supportive services program for chronically homeless adult men and women. A Shelter/Street to home (S2H) initiative.
Transitional:
A 0-6 month housing and supportive services program for chronically homeless adult men and women.
Quest Village (QV):
A permanent housing program with supportive services for chronically homeless disable adult men & women. QV is a “Shelter Plus Care” rent subsidized program.
Quest Payee Services (QPS)
An organizational representative payee program that provides financial management services.
Quest Workforce Development (QWD)
QWD provides our clients with the tools needed to be marketable in today's workforce. QWD provides job readiness, educational and vocational training.
