Quest 35, Inc. demonstrates substantial local presence as a designated state and city CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization) which offers set aside funding to develop in underserved areas.
Quest Transitional housing program is a DHR certified residential provider and our Quest Payee Representative Program is registered and approved by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
We have received funding from Atlanta Development Authority (ADA), City of Atlanta, Bureau of Housing (BoH), Department of Community Affairs (DCA),State of GA, Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and United Way of Metro Atlanta.
We are an active organization within Tri-J Fulton County Continuum of Care. We have in-kind support from a host of volunteers to include, Dell, The NBA Atlanta Hawks, Radio One of Atlanta and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Our housing programs and supportive services are targeted toward the chronically homeless population of men, women and veterans with a history of mental illness and/or substance addiction directly affecting human health and welfare of our residents.
Our populations are mainly from metro Atlanta. Our residents are assessed, placed with a case manager, offered supportive services, SA/MH group counseling, community referrals and workforce development training.
We have a 3 Phase housing system: Short-term 90-days, Mid-term 180-days and Long term – permanent housing.
Quest 35 Housing Programs are in its 10th year of service and currently own and operates 57 supportive units providing over 140 beds to the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, United Way and the State of GA.
Our organizational goal is to complete Phase V of the Rock Street Revitalization Project in Vine City Community which will be offering an additional 28 units of affordable supportive housing. Also to create a self sustaining housing model that can be duplicated in other communities. Total investment in the Vine City Community is 7 million dollars.
